About Me

I am a trainer in soft skills and work in both the private and public sector.  I work all over the UK.

 

I offer Open Courses in Customer Service and Sales related subjects and also tailor in-house training programmes for a variety of organisations. 

 

In relation to 'off the shelf' courses, I am licensed to deliver Welcome Host, Welcome Host Plus, Welcome All, Welcome International, Welcome Management, from the Welcome to Excellence suite of programmes.  I am the master trainer in Exceeding Visitor Expectations.  

From People 1st, I am licenced to deliver Management 1st, a fabulous 4 day programme.

 

My specialist subjects include Influencing and Negotiation Skills, Assertiveness, Complaints Handling, Customer Service, Sales Training and Disability Awareness Training.
